You'll receive competitive compensation that includes a base salary of $30,000 per year with unlimited earning potential. Year one compensation at plan ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, and by year two, you can expect $75,000 plus. In addition, we provide great benefits that include paid medical insurance as well as paid time off (PTO), mileage reimbursement, a phone allowance, and an IRA with a 3% match for this position. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - SALES REP
As a Membership Development Manager - Sales Rep, you are a key member of our team. Each day, you tackle a variety of duties, including prospecting for qualified potential Chamber members, using phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and networking to set appointments. By executing the Sandler Sales Process that you'll be trained in, you uncover what matters to business owners and executives and recommend a Chamber membership that meets their needs. As you consistently and accurately track and report sales activities through our Chamber Master reporting system, you play a crucial role in expanding our membership base and driving business success!

REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Ability to attend Chamber events before and after business hours
- Valid driver's license
One or more years of experience selling a service (ideally an intangible business-to-business service) and a bachelor's degree are preferred. Chamber experience would be a plus.
WORK SCHEDULE
This is a full-time position that may require attending some Chamber events before and after business hours.
