As a Real Estate Agent, you play a direct role in saving the lives of our patients each day by serving our residents in a safe environment promoting long term recovery. You will partner with the Executive Director and Executive Director of the treatment team to establish and maintain a therapeutic environment and routine for our residents.

Requirements

Real Estate license required from state board of real estate required.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients during their experience with TaylorMade Realty Group.
• Responsible for all aspects of the sale / lease transaction with a customer.
• Responsible for all aspects of the sale / lease transaction with an associate.
• Adherence to established procedures and guidelines in regards to closing deals with clients.
• Maintaining records for all sales/lease transactions with a customer.
• Manage associates who are assigned to work with customers.
• Assist in keeping the facility and clinic up to date with all necessary information to assist in sales/leasing transactions with customers.
• Meet organizational performance goals by maintaining the highest levels of professionalism, service, and safety across the organization.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $30,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
