Job Summary: As a Call Center Customer Service Representative for our tattoo company, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling their inquiries, scheduling appointments, managing deposits, and coordinating with our talented artists. Your exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to provide excellent customer service will contribute to our company's success and ensure an outstanding experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information about our tattoo services, pricing, and availability.
• Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with artists to ensure smooth and efficient tattoo sessions.
• Manage deposit transactions, ensuring accurate documentation and secure handling of funds.
• Assist customers with post-tattoo care instructions and any follow-up inquiries they may have.
• Address and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating to the appropriate team members if necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using our CRM software.
• Collaborate closely with artists to ensure a seamless customer experience, communicating client preferences and special requests effectively.
• Stay informed about current tattoo trends, styles, and aftercare practices to better assist customers and provide recommendations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably within the tattoo, medical or beauty industry.
• Past experience in a sales-based position is preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling, record-keeping, and deposit management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
• A self-starter who can hit the ground running and proactively tackle challenges.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings, based on business needs.
• Square POS, Google Suite, and general technology skills are preferred.
• Any previous social media management experience is helpful but not required.
