The Senior Key Account Manager is primarily responsible for focused solely on our relationships with one of our KEY 5 customers and will work closely with the entire Sales Management team to identify opportunities for sales program enrollment and ensure program compliance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Sales calls to one of our KEY 5 customers or Grocery Channel to develop relationships, evaluate further opportunities, and increase Red Bull placement within accounts. KEY 5 customers include VIP, Walmart, Wawa, Royal Farms and Food Lion.
  • Assisting the General Sales Manager (GSM) in driving KPI measurement in Core 11, Customer Satisfaction (NPR) and Winning vs. Competition.
  • Responsible for producing and maintaining all applicable trackers/reports as set forth by the Sr. Sales Manager – Key Accounts (SSM).
  • Provide overall communication to the sales force concerning goals and execution.
  • Monthly recap to the SSM on Actual results vs. Targets as well as plans to close any gaps.
  • Externally must develop a strong working interface with Buyers, General Managers and Owners as well as Account Leadership team and Red Bull North America representatives.
  • Multi building responsibility with 2+ direct reports.

Requirements for the Position Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • 2-6 years sales experience in a DSD environment.
  • Able to work flexible work schedule including early mornings.
  • Strong analytical, process improvement, problem solving and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work well under pressure.
  • Able to provide coverage for General Sales Manager requiring ability to direct and coach a team of District Managers.
  • Must possess valid driver’s license and responsible driving history.
  • Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, and PC skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
