Are you a persuasive and enthusiastic communicator with a passion for sales? We are currently seeking an Entry-Level Phone Sales Representative to join our dynamic and growing team at 1-800Accountant. As an Entry-Level Phone Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in generating new leads and closing deals over the phone, while working in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound phone calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services and explaining their benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective phone communication, addressing their inquiries, and providing exceptional service.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities by understanding customer needs and tailoring our offerings to meet their requirements.
  • Conduct sales presentations over the phone, showcasing the unique features and benefits of our products/services.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective phone sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and update the CRM system accordingly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive phone presence.
  • Strong negotiation and objection handling skills to close deals and overcome customer hesitations.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Previous experience in phone sales, telemarketing, or customer service is an asset but not required.

We offer a supportive new hire commission plan that will transition into a lucrative long term commission plan after 120 days

Uncapped commission where successful sales closers are earning $100,000 - $200,000 per year
