Responsibilities of a Sales Representative

• Identify and prospect potential clients in the moving industry, including individuals, families, and businesses.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique relocation needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of relocation services, exceeding client expectations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports on sales performance.
• Participate and attend industry networking events to extend your business-to-business leads source.
• Manage and expand Conser's real-estate agent connections through networking.

Requirements of a Sales Representative

• In-person and virtual appointments with customers leads
• Cold-call business to business opportunities for commercial leads
• Proven track record in sales, preferably in the moving or relocation industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a keen eye for identifying upselling opportunities.
