Right now, we are looking for brilliant, innovative, and ambitious individuals to join our team as Client Care Trainees. As a Client Care Trainee, you will have the opportunity to cross-train in multiple aspects, including; customer acquisition, sales, account management, branding, and client relations. That is why we are looking for someone versatile, adaptable, and open to expanding their knowledge in the marketing field. We provide further training for our Client Care Trainees to jumpstart and establish a fruitful career with us!!

On a Day-to-Day Basis, a Client Care Trainee Will:

• Attend daily campaign meetings where goals and objectives are set on a weekly and daily basis for the team as well as individual goals
• Work with industry leaders to sharpen skills and master the role of the Client Care Trainee
• Execute strategic campaigns on behalf of our clients to increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales by working directly with their customer base
• Represent our clients with the utmost professionalism
• Demonstrate an adequate understanding of all client products and services through educating and answering customer inquiries
• Close sales when needed as well as up-sell any additional products or services that may be beneficial to the customer
• Keep a detailed record of all customer interactions and the outcome of each and analyze data to increase sales margins and brand awareness
• Report directly to the senior managers or sales executives with marketing trends, accomplishments, struggles, and questions to gain a more comprehensive knowledge of our firm and clients

Requirements of the Client Care Trainee:

• Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• 0-2 years of experience working in any customer service, sales, retail or other similar positions
• Must have a passion and excitement to work hands-on with diverse groups daily
• Must be able to thrive both independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to succeed in a fast-paced and competitive environment where thinking on your feet is a necessity
• Must possess exceptional people skills and the ability to bring a brand story to life
• Must be reliable, responsible, and respectful of our clients, management staff, and fellow team members in all departments
• Must be able to think outside the box and utilize creativity to increase brand awareness and sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.30 - $19.63 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
