We are looking for a Sales Consultant with excellent communication skills.
You should be friendly, kind, coachable and able to easily build rapport with a variety of stakeholders. As a team, we are extremely hardworking and close-knit. We are looking for someone who shares our same values.
Batelle launched in March 2020, and since then our customer base has continued to grow by 20% month over month. Our educational services are well-valued, with over 90% of our customers referring us on to new customers.
We are a deeply ambitious team, our aim is to build a significant powerhouse in the early childhood education space. The only way we will be able to achieve this is by proving efficacy and obsessing over customers.
This opportunity is a fully remote role and as a fundamental part of growing our business, you will receive significant options in the business.
Role Responsibilities
- Constantly work with the rest of the growth team to improve conversion rates, decrease no-shows, and automate parts of the sales funnel
- Take responsibility for the end-to-end sales process and be a key driver of growth
- Lead sales calls, answer questions, and build trust with parents - you will be the first touchpoint with these parents and guide them through the sales process
- Manage handover of sales to our customer success team
- Work closely with the rest of the team to update on sales, provide insights and suggestions
- Build a high level of rapport and trust with prospective customers - treat the sales call as the beginning of customer onboarding
Requirements
