Growing our team with highly motivated and positive Solar Energy Reps that are ready to work hard and contact the thousands and thousands of leads we hold in our database.

This Role is a Junior Agent Role which is very simple. You Tranfer calls to Senior Agents, watch them close, Get mentorship and after closing 5 to 10 deals will move up the ranks to become a full time Closer

Junior Reps get paid $500 flat per Install/Closing. Once promoted you Make $1500+ per deal.

As a Junior you mainly follow up with clients and take inbounds/outbounds to transfer and set up appointments for closers. Tranfer/close 10 deals = 5k commission as a Junior learning the ropes. It is a very simple job, call center just connecting calls, those calls that close and install you get paid on :)

Our Solar Reps advocate the most cost-effective loan programs for their particular needs--e.g. Highest and best in class Panels in the industry along with high rating partnerships with top Solar Installers in the United States.

5 Star Service and ratings. Our LOS system will then continue sending them reminder emails, every single morning, until they complete the Application.

The more Solar Installations you fund, the higher up you'll be promoted.
