Now Hiring - Sales Associate in Honolulu, HI

Our client, an international luxury brand, is looking to hire a Japanese speaking sales associate to join their team in Honolulu. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of luxury experience in retail, hospitality, or adjacent industry; excellent customer service skills; and open availability to work full time. This role is an excellent opportunity for white-glove service professionals to transition into the fashion industry in a supportive team environment!

Job Duties Include:

• Assist customers in choosing products that best suit their needs and desires
• Exchange products, place special orders, and reserve products, and contact other stores to locate products as necessary
• Achieve sales objectives and observe timelines
• Take an active role in inventory
• Assist with goods receiving and ensure quality control
• Gather feedback from customers on the collection
• Ensure that customers are informed of new collections and special events
• Carry out all tasks assigned by the Store Manager

Job Qualifications Include:

• 3+ years of luxury experience in retail/hospitality/service
• Ability to speak Japanese is required
• Ability to represent the brand by providing deep knowledge about the product
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to stand for duration of shift and lift up to 50lbs
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including closing, weekends, annual inventory, and holiday season
• Ability to utilize a ladder to retrieve items on shelves

Salary: $19 - $22/hr
