We are seeking to further grow this business by adding a Quality Technician to our team.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Inside Sales Representative is an essential part of the Quick Fitting sales organization. They are the primary contact for our prospects, customers, internal sales team, and manufacturers reps for day-to-day operations including sample order entry, CRM maintenance, quoting and customer inquiries. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating revenue by prospecting and closing new business, as well as expanding the share of wallet with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in inside sales, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers while working well with other team members and departments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure Quick Fitting meets its sales targets and objectives:
  • Through outbound calls identify, contact and introduce potential customers or previously identified prospects to Quick Fitting products and will be required to locate buying influences and explain products, quote prices, and solicit orders.
  • Understand the characteristics of potential customers and recognize these customers among a target base. Must be able to demonstrate successful sales experience; ability to influence prospective customer using appropriate feature/benefit statements and objection handling skills and ask/close the sale.
  • Ensure that customers are educated on the latest information or changes to products and build a deeper relationship/loyalty with the customer.
  • Achieve call objectives set forth, including call strategy and production requirements (number of calls, number of decision makers reached, number of opportunities opened, number of sales closed, call dispositions, etc.). Expected to make a predefined number of calls each day and generate a minimum number of sales.
  • React to customer requirements outside of standard products when the situation warrants and work together with the customer to come up with a solution that best fits the needs.
  • Database Integrity – capture complete and accurate data on each call (and partial data when a profile cannot be completed), such as names, addresses, purchases, reactions of prospects contacted into database.
  • Analyze customer trends to identify opportunities to drive monthly orders and engage directly with existing customers to secure orders.
  • Execute sales and marketing campaigns by engaging with existing and potential customers.

· Schedule demos/meetings with prospects and existing customers.

  • Process incoming sample orders from RSMs and manufacturers rep accounts.
  • Create tasks for and communicate frequently with the RSMs and rep network regarding prospects and existing customers.
  • Provide excellent customer support by answering customer questions regarding order status and tracking; product cost, availability, and specifications; and addressing a variety of sales questions and customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
  • Support sales team in communicating tools and programs to customers and sales representatives.
  • Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • BS degree in marketing or associates degree in relevant field preferred.
  • Experience with NetSuite or another ERP system a plus.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel an MS PowerPoint.

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

  • No regular travel required but may be requested to participate in customer or trade meeting 3-4 times a year
  • Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
