Job Description
Account Manager is responsible for making sure clients and customer needs are being met and understood. Their duties include handling any client complaints, working to find solutions to any client issues, service requests, and collaborating with other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.
Account Manager should be flexible enough to handle a variety of duties that pertains to Finance Insurance House clients and Agent owned business.
Reviews and obtains necessary information to evaluate and process new business, renewal and change request for Specialty and Commercial accounts. Identifies opportunities by rounding of accounts where applicable.

Responsibilities

Requirements
MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Three years of experience in Property, Casualty insurance
Experience with Commercial and Program business insurance, business line customization,
and/or rate negotiation
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Producers license in Property and Casualty & Life and Health
Personal computer experience
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills on business issues
Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
Flexible; ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
Performs tasks with speed, quality, and accuracy
