Southern California-based jewelry brand Bearfruit Jewelry is looking for full-time and part-time sales associates at our newly opening Ala Moana Center store. We are looking for long-term employees. We expect our employees to deliver the BearFruit experience to each and every client.

Bearfruit Jewelry is a jewelry brand specializing in unique and dainty accessories at well-known mall locations in California. While introducing women to modern trends and classic styles of Jewelry, Bearfruit is passionate in providing unique, quality accessories that align with the customers’ lifestyles. Through growth, BearFruit wishes to “Bear Fruit” and become positive influences on partners and the local community.

Job Description (Essential Functions)

• Meet company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer’ recommends merchandise selections and helps to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
• Maintaining stock of the products, presentation and cleanliness of the store, while building healthy relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Maintains an awareness of customers to both increase service levels and reduce security risks; remains current on policies regarding payment and exchange, customer service, security practices, and other applicable operations.
• Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing marketing standards.

Job Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Regular attendance is essential to this position in order to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
• No seasonal positions available

Supplemental Pay

• Commission Pay

Final pay will be determined during the interview.
