Now Hiring - Professional Services Director of Sales / Opticare Vision Insurance in West Valley City, UT

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Educate and inform the broker network on Opticare's offerings
• Send timely quotes/proposals to brokers and groups.
• Facilitate sales growth through several market segment
• Expand sales channel to other brokers in "partner agencies"
• New Broker Relationships - develop and create marketing, education, outreach to high performing agents that we don't currently have any relationship with.
• Oversee ClientPoint sales proposal platform to streamline and measure our quotes and success rates.
• Develop and oversee a small sales team:
• Create goals and measurable KPI targets
• Improve success measurables in both quantity of quotes going out and close ratio.
• Oversee agent incentive and rewards programs
• Annual Incentive trip guidelines
• Attend and present at open enrollment meetings
• Coordinate general sales activities such as agency lunch-and-learns, meetings, lunches, presentations, etc.
• Attend and coordinate sponsorship events such as golf tournaments, industry trade shows (UAHU), etc.
• Conduct regular (weekly or bi weekly) sales meeting to discuss sales performed, outstanding quotes, groups won/lost, etc.

Analyze market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions- Customer service oriented mindset- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred- Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance sales management or related field

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
