Immediate Opening: Looking for a highly motivated individual looking for more than just a job. This position has the potential to move up to sale's leader, office manager, or own your own agency. Potential to earn up to a $2000 sign on bonus after 90 days. We are a very successful Allstate Insurance Agency in Birmingham and we are looking for a highly motivated individual to help grow our already successful business.

The qualified candidate will be responsible for:

• Prospecting, cross selling the existing book of business, and bringing on new customers to the insurance agency.
• Manage the renewals and the day-to-day sales.
• Maintain a good working relationship with Allstate.

Requirements are:

Highly motived, self sufficient, willing to learn, the extra gear to win.

Willing to train a highly motivated individual without insurance experience.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $36,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
