Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Representative who is eager to build relationships with potential customers and represent our company’s services and solutions. The ideal candidate will have enough experience to perform regular front-line sales activities, but will also be able to learn new business opportunities through outbound calls. This Sales Representative will be responsible for prospecting potential clients and working with them on their sales journey. We are looking for someone who can deliver on our goals of growing our business and achieving financial goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prospecting & cold calling
• Presentations to potential clients
• Account management & revenue management
• Support & maintain relationships with existing customers
• Maintain & grow pipeline of prospective clients
• Work with sales team to create & deliver presentations/presentations/event materials/event tickets to customers
• Manage all aspects of the sales process from the customer’s perspective - including the final sale!
• Stay in constant communication with the sales team regarding the progress of all sales efforts - both current & prospective - so we can work together to deliver a great experience for every customer.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that all aspects of the sales process are managed and met. (i.e., order entry, marketing, order management, customer service, etc.)

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the industry.
• Outbound call-centric phone system skills required; preferred B2B experience (preferred) CRM skills required; preferred Microsoft Office skills (preferred) CRM user (preferred) CRM knowledge preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,600.00 - $71,591.00 per year
