We are growing and looking for a talented Sales and Service Manager with extensive hands on experience managing technicians, projects, and passionate about sales. As an HVAC Sales and Service Manager you will lead the field technicians, supervise, and coordinate all service and installation projects, and daily activities. Develop, train and retain the most talented service team in the industry. This is a hands-on position which includes but is not limited to providing job estimates to customers, supervising service calls, installation projects, providing support to technicians, and ensuring tasks are successfully completed with the highest level of quality.

ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

- 6+ years of HVAC Sales and Service experience

- 2+ years in leading, training, coaching, and supervising technicians

- MUST have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record

- MUST have Universal EPA Certification

- Ability to pass a drug test, background, and DMV checks

- Strong communication/interpersonal skills

- Demonstrate efficient and effective problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

• Cape Coral, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
