Now Hiring - Manufacturing National Accounts Manager in Indianapolis, IN

Cornerstone Building Brands is looking to hire a highly motivated sales professional for the position of National Accounts Manager.

This teammate will report to the Director of Corporate Accounts and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development. This role is representing Ceco Building Systems, Star Building Systems, Metallic Building Systems, and Robertson Building Systems.

This is a fully remote position and will require travel. The selected candidate will need to live close to a major airport.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
• Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
• Ability to work with Operating Systems

• Must have College Degree, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Cornerstone Building System’s associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents
• Must have thorough understanding of construction process
• Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications
• 3+ years of proven sales/marketing or sales management experience
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
• Strong understanding of Drafting, Estimating, and Inside Sales
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• 50%-75% travel is to be expected

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 to $150,000 + bonus + auto allowance + medical, dental, vision benefits starting day 1 + 401k and PTO. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
