To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who are willing to work evenings and weekends, as well as possess physical fitness to handle activities such as driving, walking, carrying ladders, climbing on roofs, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Essential Job Functions:
Generate Leads: Collaborate with the team and independently create self-generated leads, leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge.
Provide quality customer service while selling roofing.
Physical Requirements:
This role involves physical activities such as driving, walking, carrying ladders up to 75lbs, climbing on roofs, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions. Candidates must be able to perform these tasks with or without reasonable accommodation.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Keep Closing Rate above 30% (40% Being Ideal).

As a Roof and Solar Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in our company's success by actively engaging with customers and selling high-quality roofs and Solar soultions. To excel in this role, we are seeking individuals who are willing to work evenings and weekends, as well as possess physical fitness to handle activities such as driving, walking, carrying ladders, climbing on roofs, and working outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
Essential Job Functions:
Generate Leads: Collaborate with the team and independently create self-generated leads, leveraging your interpersonal skills and industry knowledge.
Neighborhood Engagement: Coordinate with our canvassers to visit different neighborhoods, engage with homeowners, and showcase our roofing expertise.
Roofing Inspections: Meet homeowners, inspect their roofs, and provide expert recommendations on roofing solutions that meet their specific needs.
Sales and Assistance: Guide homeowners through the process of selecting and purchasing new roofing systems, ensuring their complete satisfaction.
Documentation and Communication: Complete all necessary paperwork to initiate production, maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project, and provide updates until completion.
Attend All Company-Wide Weekly Tuesday Zooms/In-Person Meetings.
Provide quality customer service while selling roofing.
Properly fill out all paperwork and upload to CRM.
Tag appropriate people as needed.
Take all photos and RTB requirements into CRM.
Oversee builds.
Interact weekly with the manager.
Notify managers of issues on the same day (e.g., unable to collect COC, get final payment, etc.).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Keep Closing Rate above 30% (40% Being Ideal).
Keep sales at a minimum of $60k per Month.
Keep all jobs updated in AL at least biweekly.
