Responsibilities as an agent:

• Positive attitude for learning and growing
• Follow our unique onboarding program to build your client base
• Convert incoming buyer and seller leads
• Set and hold buyer and seller consultation appointments
• Analyze buyer’s and seller’s needs and goals
• Provide housing and community information for clients
• Preview and show homes to clients
• Negotiate terms and contracts for buyers and sellers

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Ability and desire to learn quickly
• Work efficiently on a team
• Computer skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $47,966.22 - $174,078.71 per year
