We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven VP of Sales / Account Management to join our team. As the VP of Sales / Account Management, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. Your expertise in sales, account management, and market expansion will be instrumental in achieving our revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize your extensive knowledge and experience in the CPG industry to drive sales and account management strategies.
• Lead the sales process for contract manufacturing and co-packing, ensuring successful client acquisition and retention.
• Identify and target new markets within the contract manufacturing and co-packing space to expand our customer base.
• Stay updated with current pricing and market trends related to contract manufacturing and co-packing to make informed business decisions.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth, leveraging our manufacturing capabilities.
• Generate leads and secure new business opportunities by effectively promoting our manufacturing capabilities and capacity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
• Actively participate in industry events and trade shows to promote our company and establish valuable business connections.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales and account management within the CPG industry.
• In-depth understanding of the sales process for contract manufacturing and co-packing.
• Successful track record of opening new markets and expanding business opportunities in the contract manufacturing and co-packing space.
• Strong knowledge of current pricing and market trends related to contract manufacturing and co-packing.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
• Proven experience in generating leads and closing deals based on manufacturing capabilities.
• Familiarity with high-speed cartoning, gummy manufacturing, bottling, and labeling, liquid filling, powder filling, soft gel manufacturing, bottling, and labeling, baked goods manufacturing and packaging, and health bar manufacturing and packaging.
• Located in South Florida or willing to relocate.

Salary: $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
