Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional bid proposals with high level of attention to detail
  • Implement selling and marketing strategies to penetrate and develop commercial HVAC accounts
  • Develop strategic relationships with key commercial client accounts to generate repeat business
  • Develop strong relationships with HVAC subcontractors and vendors
  • Perform sales presentations and site walks as needed
  • Provide knowledge and consultation in the form of developing HVAC system related solutions for the customer's problems.
  • Understand construction specifications in relationship to production, construction and installation specifications within the HVAC business.
  • Present weekly internal sales report
  • Achieve quarterly quota for bids submitted and won

Skills, Experience, and Knowledge Required 

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC Commercial Sales

Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age
  • Successful background investigation
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Successful Pre-Employment Drug and agility test
  • Good customer service relations
