A growing insurance agency that acquired new producers is seeking strong commercial lines account managers to assist with client servicing needs. Experience with prospecting and development of new business, retention of existing renewals and excellent customer service are highly desirable. Multiple vacancies available including neighbor islands.

• Assist Producers with New Business submission, for a successful acquisition.
• Reviews expiration listing with producers and determines market availability.
• Discusses renewal strategies, completes renewal applications, review quotes received to renew accounts in a timely manner.
• Issues change request, ID cards and certificates as requested in accordance with agency standards.
• Coordinates and cooperates with other departments to achieve total account, servicing, and objectives

• Experience with Commercial Lines insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Producers license in Property and Casualty
• Personal computer experience, Microsoft outlook (email), word, Adobe
• Excellent problem solving, complex business risk analysis and decision-making skills on critical business issues
• Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Flexible; ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
• Performs tasks with speed, quality, and accuracy
