About the Job

Title: Client Account Manager (Information Technology)
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Employment Terms: Fulltime with benefits

Bitwise is seeking a full-time Account Manager with Information Technology, sales, delivery, and account management experience.


What you’ll do:
  • Manage clients and their business while serving as Bitwise’ primary point of contact.
  • Work closely with client stake holders/hiring managers to understand current and future needs.
  • Develop deep relationships with hiring managers / stakeholders.
  • Independently seek out, negotiate, and close new business.
  • Integrate tightly with the recruitment team to hire for current needs and build a pro-active pipeline of talent.
  • Work proactively and deeply with wider sales and marketing teams.
  • Build, maintain and manage your own book of business.
  • Build and develop sales plans specific to client needs and organization strengths.
  • Be committed to overall organization goals.


You should have:
  • A proven track record in IT services and delivery organization, consistently achieving and exceeding performance goals.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of IT Sales Account experience
  • Experience managing and growing revenues of more than $xx million.
  • Exceptional account management skills.
  • Experience with handling MSP’s is a big plus.
  • A demonstrated ability to develop, build and maintain relationships with hiring managers / stakeholders / senior managers /decision makers.
  • Ability to work independently and make quick judgements based on best estimated outcomes.
  • Very high-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and meet with clients on as-needed basis.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic to “get the sale”.
