Now Hiring - Personal Insurance Agent in Chantilly, VA

We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to service a growing book of Personal Lines clients. Brock-Norton is an Independent Insurance Agency specializing in Property & Casualty and Life. We represent many top carriers including ERIE, Travelers, Utica, Northern Neck, MMG, and Safeco! You will also have the opportunity to build your own book through new business and rounding out of existing accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Front-end scanning of incoming mail into Management system
• Other Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in insurance
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required
• Experience with Applied Epic preferred
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Compensation package includes base salary plus health insurance and 401k. We support your Continuing Education and pursuit of professional designations, CPCU, CIC, ACSR, etc! There's great potential here to grow with a growing agency!
