Now Hiring - Professional Services Solar Energy Consultant - Setter in High Point, NC

We are looking to hire a Solar Appointment Setter that will help successfully set appointments for installations of Commercial and Residential solar. You will be going door-to-door to set solar proposal reviews with potential customers. The right candidate will be highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to move projects through to completion. This candidate will need to have at least residential solar experience, but commercial experience is also a plus and somewhat preferred (Commercial experience, not solar field / utility scale).

Responsibilities:

• Knocking door to door - 20 - 25 hours per week to start. Opportunity to grow into a full-time position for the right candidate.
• This position requires your availability M - F, 4 hours/day between 8am to 5pm ET.
• Must be available for in-person meetings and to attend our in-person events and conferences, including over weekends and evenings, on occasion.
• Generate prospective customer appointments for our no upfront money solar switch. Prospects are generated through door to door contact.
• Attend training meetings with our sales leadership.

REQUIRED:

• Previous door to door experience is a plus, but not required
• Physically able to work on your feet
• Poise and grace under pressure.
• High integrity and a can-do attitude.
• Ability to “roll with it” — whatever the situation.
• Superb communication skills.
• Reliable cell phone and cell phone coverage.
