Now Hiring - Sales Representative in Pompano Beach, FL

Review construction project plans, requirements, drawings, and specifications.

Identifies labor and material requirements by studying plans and specifications.

Prepare professional, accurate and complete proposals for approval by end users, property managers, and contractors.

Maintain sales and bidding records.

Develop a positive ongoing relationship with existing and new customers, general contractors.

Ability to build new business associations / relationships and grow the Fire Protection Business.

Estimator Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Experience as an Estimator Fire Sprinklers System

Strong Knowledge of National and Florida State codes: NFPA 13

Strong knowledge in Reading blueprints.

Experience in various types of fire sprinkler systems.

Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.

Thoroughness, reliability and attention to details.

Excellent organizational skills.

Ability to multi-task in a fast pace work environment which includes rigid deadlines.

Must be self-motivated and able to use independent judgment.

Proficient in the use of personal computers to include operating systems such as Windows / Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Outlook.
