Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-3 year’s experience in an operational, sales, or assistant role, ideally from a consumers products industry
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets
• Exceptional organizational and follow-through skills
• A keen ability to handle and prioritize multiple requests simultaneously
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• An expert team player and a flexible, creative thinker
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills

Sales Assistant Role and Responsibilities:

• Reviewing, shipping and tracking samples
• Booking hotels/rooms
• Organizing Quote Sheets
• Tracking project updates
• New SKUs Launch (Salsify Template, Salsify Content announcement)

• Carton Artwork Due Date
• Enhanced Carousel Due Date
• TA and Feed request email date

• Color Extensions Launch
• Artwork due dates flag (changes and updates)

• Distribution Matrix follow-up
• Marketing Materials (Banners, Sheets, etc) Inventory Tracking Log
• Production Sample Tracking and Coordination for Top 5 Accounts
• Team schedule update
• Meeting schedule update
• Assist in Paula’s project follow-ups with the KAM team
• Assist Ly on keeping track of creative projects
• Track promos (see if live on-site at promo price and all that)
• Maintaining/Uploading Matrices for CS in TEAMS
• Uploading AI’s and organizing per account Matrices (Eventually should reside in Salsify)
• Coordinate refreshments/lunches for customer meetings (we have customer visits to our Irvine office soon)
• Prep for Weekly Sales Meetings
• Summarize DS report for top accounts to highlight to Account Manager (printed)
• Top SKUs (count depends by account)
• Do we have products onsite?
• Do we have inventory? (4 Wks OH, 4 Wks OO, 4wks WIP)
• What are the past and upcoming promotions?

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
