Total compensation for our sales team is $60,000 + uncapped. For our customer service team the total opportunity exceeds $50,00 +. Both positions have career path growth into leadership.

To become a part of our team you will need to obtain your Property and Casualty insurance license. We will help you through this process. This is an amazing license to have because you will be a Licensed Agent in the state.

Job Responsibilities

• Always put people first!
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Be capable of reaching out to lead lists and helping them understand the value of Allstate
• Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating and compliance requirements.
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, solicit further sales, and solve or refer problems
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals

• A property & casualty license in Nevada. If you wow us we will work with you to achieve this if you do not have it now.

• Ability to tactfully handle stressful and difficult situations
• Score as a sales personality on assessment testing
• Spanish speaking a plus
