Primary Duties

· Handling a large volume of phone calls from customers regarding orders, returns, product information, and boutique appointments.

· A sales rep interacts directly with customers throughout all phases of the sales process. They're responsible for identifying a customer's needs, pitching relevant products or services, and ensuring they have a positive experience from start to finish.

· Identify prospective customers, and lead generation and conversion.

· Answering emails and live chats, quickly and efficiently with the highest level of professionalism.

· Learning about our products in depth and guiding our customers while they shop on our site. Product and website training will be provided as part of our onboarding process.

· Following-up with customers regarding various types of order issues or questions.

Requirements

· 2-3 years sales experience

· Computer literate with a solid working knowledge of Excel and Word, Google Docs

· Ability to multi-task between applications adeptly

· 50 WPM+ Typing speed

· Strong English written and verbal communication skills

· Strong up selling and sales background.

· Must have excellent problem solving skills

· Organized and detail oriented

· Positive attitude

· Ability to learn quickly

· Strong team player and ability to collaborate with teammates

Pluses

Previous retail experience.

Cosmetology License

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
