What You Will Do:
- Monitor System Integrations and order processing to ensure the timely flow of orders and order related data between ERP and Middleware systems (NetSuite / Shopify / Commerce Hub, Dell Boomi), including manual uploading of order related data as needed.
- Process Return Authorizations for Online Marketplaces, Amazon, and Dealers. Including disputing incorrect returns with respective dealers.
- Ensure that orders are received correctly from our trading partners and direct Ecommerce site.
- Review B2B orders for data accuracy, and process to sales orders
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for Alen.com direct website changes such as new product offerings, promotions, pricing updates, and content/image updates, and newly onboarded trading partners utilizing middleware programs as needed to get connections tested and working (B2B Gateway, Commerce HUB).
- Document and improve internal processes to keep company knowledge secure and easily accessible.
- Monitor 3PL order fulfillment SLA reports.
- Identify root cause of issues and alert key stakeholders to drive resolution.
Who You Are:
- Consistent diligence especially on repetitive work such as reviewing sales orders and getting it right the first time
- Analytical Focus to not only identify and correct errors, but to analyze errors to find and correct the root cause of systematic and persistent errors
- Data Entry Experience with a balance of speed and accuracy, able to consistently perform high volumes of detailed data entry
- Direct eCommerce and/or Amazon experience regarding experience from order-to-order fulfillment
- NetSuite experience including data entry, sales orders, return authorizations, and editing
- Cross-Department Communication Interact with multiple departments and teams for stable operation and customer service
- Innovation and Efficiency with original thinking and creativity to meet challenges with resourcefulness and generate suggestions for improvement.
