We are seeking an ambitious, highly intelligent, consultative Account Executive professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems.

Your role is to seek out and speak to prospects, carefully understand their needs, qualify opportunities, qualify out when necessary, then proceed to customer engagement with those who are an excellent fit.

  • Proven past success in sales
  • Ability to relentlessly prospect while managing complex sales cycles
  • Confidence selling in both 1:1 and 1:many situations

Responsibilities

  • Systematically engage customers by phone, email and video to identify sales opportunities
  • Work alongside sales leaders to define quarterly objectives, standardize business reporting, and create dashboards for sales team
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process and within the organization to find ways to make the sales machine run faster
  • Manage metrics/analytics programs to help make data-backed business decisions
  • Execute a consultative sales strategy with our internal solution selling methodology
  • Utilize funnel management practices to progress opportunities to close
  • Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Handle technical and applications sales questions from customers and provide prompt, accurate answers.
  • Populate and maintain the highest standards of data integrity in [please apply online] closely with team members and Company management to ensure that the Company meets or exceeds sales and profit margin objectives for their territory
  • Create, maintain, and present a Business Plan for assigned account base to Company management on quarterly and annual basis
  • Accurately forecast business and manage to budgeted expenses for designated territories
  • Assist with cash collection and/or the resolution of disputes or major issues with customers
  • Assist with marketing programs aimed at cultivating new business, support and attend regional/national tradeshows, and provide input on the Company web site and related marketing/sales collateral
  • Provide competitive information to management and strategically position the Company within accounts
  • Team meetings and updates
  • Other duties as assigned

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
