As a Sales Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in reaching out to potential customers by knocking on doors in targeted neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:

• Educate potential customers about our roofing and renovation services, highlighting our expertise and quality workmanship.
• Conduct door-to-door sales visits to residential areas, introducing our roofing and residential remodeling services to homeowners.
• Engage with homeowners and residents in a friendly and professional manner.
• Identify homeowners in need of roofing repairs or renovation projects through effective questioning and active listening.
• Collect relevant information and contact details of interested homeowners to generate qualified leads.
• Provide accurate and concise reports of your daily activities and outcomes to the team.
• Collaborate with our sales and marketing team to ensure a seamless lead handoff process.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience with storm restoration and insurance claims a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with homeowners.
• Strong persuasive skills to effectively convey the benefits of our roofing and renovation services.
• Familiarity with basic technology tools, such as smartphones and CRM systems.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, with a desire to achieve and exceed lead generation goals.
• Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in canvassing or sales is a plus, but not required.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory (if applicable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
