Job Description: Licensed Sales producers build value around the products and services we provide. They will prepare quotes and perform closing support for all prospective sales leads. Meet established goals and build relationships with clients. Uphold the agency's reputation and be professional in conducting business with clients and prospects alike.

Salary Range: $50000.00 - $70000.00 per year

We offer Weekends Off, Health Benefits, 401K & Paid Time Off (PTO). Sales Producer compensation comes in the form of Salary and potential for monthly bonuses.

Develop prospects through an organized agency direct solicitation program, No Cold-Calling, but must build referral sources and maximize leads given. Maintain a concern for timeliness and completeness when interacting with customers, agency staff and company personnel.

Request referrals from existing agency accounts.

• A college degree or equivalent work experienceis preferred.
• Must be willing to obtain all licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Must complete continuing education as required by the State Department of Insurance.
• Demonstrate effective presentations skills through both verbal and written communications.
