Pay: Base Salary + Commission

Qualifications:

• Ability to build independent pipeline of quality partners within assigned territory
• Experience working with Facility/Property Management companies a plus.
• Commercial HVAC Maintenance Sales/Account Manager experience preferred. Commercial Sales/Prospecting experience accepted.

Responsibilities:

• Develop new partnerships and working relationships.
• Develop new annual HVAC Maintenance agreements.
• Follow up on in-house and self-generated sales leads.
• Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times.
• Attend scheduled sales meetings.
• Conduct yourself ethically and honestly in all business transactions
• Work to meet annual sales goal.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
