Empire Medical Training is a 25-year-old Professional and Management Development Training Firm providing seminars to Physicians and Health Care Professionals throughout the country and abroad. The position is full-time, high energy, fast-paced, and team-oriented. We host seminars across the US.

Duties and Responsibilities:
The candidate will work in an office (local candidates only) and, on site at seminar locations.

Job requires conversing with our Physician clients over the phone, discussing our training programs, upselling our courses and memberships, costs, certification methods, training locations, etc. Employee will handle both incoming and make outbound calls.

When traveling to a seminar, employee will help run the event. This includes taking sign-ins, setting up room, handing out training materials, upselling, etc. These events provide an exceptional opportunity for upgrading clients to additional training. When employee works on a weekend, they will have off subsequent days upon return from event.

Employee will utilize specific sales tools to manage database and sales leads. Employee must be meticulous in additional administrative tasks such as recording medicines inventory, inbound and outbound calls & reporting, expense management, vehicle mileage reporting, and related duties as required by Empire Medical Training

This position requires travel 1- 2 weekends per month, but the average work week remains at 5 days based on the amount of days OFF provided when employee returns from event. Events are typically held on weekends from Friday till Sunday or Monday. The candidate would be travelling to the seminar locations Thursday through Monday 1 to 2 times per month to host our events on-site.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate is an individual seeking an established career with great income potential, working in a company with a strong product and staff. Event Sales Manager must have excellent presentation, as well as phone skills, and an outgoing personality. Candidate should be able to work independently and be self-motivated.
This is a competitive position and company looking for individuals who can flourish in high energy, fast-paced environment.
Candidate must have at least 2 years of experience working in sales and event management.
Experience in Trade Show setting / Event Management a plus
Background checks performed as well as reference checks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
