Statewide Impact Windows and Doors is hiring Outside Sales Professionals in the Cape Coral and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company with uncapped commission and bonus potential ranging from $100,000 to over $300,000 per year. Our products offer a unique value proposition to our customers, helping them protect their homes and families from extreme weather conditions. Your primary goal will be to provide excellent customer service while achieving high conversion rates and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications:

  • Must possess a positive, flexible, and determined personality with persuasive skills.
  • A strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline is required.
  • Must have an open mind and willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Should be confident and articulate in public speaking.
  • A polished appearance and demeanor is expected.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is plus.
  • Prior experience selling impact windows and doors is a huge plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Learn the primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Work closely with mentors and leadership to achieve milestones.
  • Deliver interactive sales presentations on products/services to decision-makers at their homes.
  • Assist customers in selecting the best options to suit their needs and make decisions on their project of choice.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
