Coordinator Job Description

Unique niche Medical Practice looking for a talented Patient Care Coordinator to

work with our patients to begin a medically prescribed treatment plan. This person

should thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A Patient Care Coordinator will play a fundamental role in making patients happy

and building trust between the Physician and Patient. Must have great face to face

skills and love the phone.

Once our provider completes the exam with the patient you’ll have a consultation

with them to decide which treatment plan would work best. We are hiring an

individual who knows how to talk to people, can handle difficult discussions about

relationships, and excels at forming relationships quickly.

Responsibilities:

- No cold calling but we want you to build a long term relationship with

patients so you will be using the phone quite a bit for follow ups!

- Understand patient needs and requirements.

- Discuss medically qualified treatment plans with patients

- Explain our concierge practice model to new patients

- Follow up with current patients and ensure their satisfaction

- Maintain your database of patients

- Work closely with physician and other medical staff to ensure high level of

patient safety and satisfaction

Skills:

- Proven inside sales experience

- Track record of over-achieving quota

- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills

- Strong listening and presentation skills

- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
