Mission:

The National Sales Director will develop and maintain customer relationships to generate new opportunities to sell the organization’s facility maintenance offerings.

Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for the growth of your assigned sales territory and service offerings.

  • Prospect for new qualified sales leads.

  • Develop new sales opportunities from qualified leads.

  • Close deals by presenting proposals, communicating the firm’s value proposition, negotiating, and persuading.

  • Maintain customer relationships to ensure continuous revenue and satisfaction.

  • Regularly meet and exceed sales goals.

  • Attend trade shows and other industry events to further expose the markets to our brands and service offerings.

Position Summary

The National Sales Director will meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives assigned by the Company through aggressively developing new sales opportunities and further introducing our brand across the market.

Success will be accomplished by heavy prospecting and networking to identify new customers, listening to the customer’s needs, using proven sales processes and tools, and closing deals in a timely and professional manner that are in line with the company’s objectives.

The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the RFP process, and be able to navigate the entire process from start to finish. The sales rep will work directly with the estimating team to create competitive proposals that are also within target margin.

The ideal candidate will be able to paint a picture of success and become a consultant to the needs of the customer. In this role you will be able to sell exterior maintenance solutions in addition to future HVAC/R, Electrical and plumbing services.

Qualifications and Skills

The ideal candidate will be skilled at identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients to provide exceptional customer service and profitable income for the Company.

Outside sales experience in the exterior services, HVAC/R or Mechanical Contracting trades, selling to facility and property managers, procurement coordinators, or any previous experience in the sales, service, construction, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC industry is a plus.

Ability to occasionally work after hours, over weekends, and on public holidays with short or no notice. (Required).

Additional skills for this position include applied knowledge in sales along with the understanding of sales performance metrics, strong attention to detail with problem solving capabilities, estimating, skills working in a team/collaborative environment, great organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Driver's License (Required)

  • Minimum 5 years sales experience (Preferred)

  • Strong ability to understand basic technical information Excellent communications skills

  • Energetic and passionate about selling and providing excellent customer service

  • Some college or technical school education preferred

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite. (Required).
