Essential Functions

  • Prepare submittals (spec sheets) and closeout documents for the building owner. Compile appliance manuals and warranty paperwork.
  • Assist in preparing, editing, and updating sales brochures (using Adobe Pro and MS PowerPoint).
  • Assist with mailing, mail merges, and other customer marketing initiatives.
  • Complete a site survey report (i.e. gather serial numbers from appliances at a project site).
  • Assist in delivering supplemental and/or replacement appliance parts to a job site.
  • Assist with project delivery scheduling / coordinate with the delivery coordinator as needed.
  • Provide support to the reception function by answering inquires on products and services with enthusiasm, field questions and concerns as appropriate.
  • Document customer interactions with detailed inquiries, concerns, or comments. As appropriate, follow issues through to resolution.
  • Greet customers that enter the showroom; assist in coordinating a sales associate to service the customer.
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom.
  • Assist with sorting mail and distribute the mail to the appropriate department/employee. Prepare outgoing mail (i.e. USPS, UPS, FedEx).
  • Perform additional duties as required and requested.
