We are seeking high caliber outside D2D Solar leaders with extensive experience in negotiation, closing sales, and management to partner with us and lead our Broward / Palm Beach County locations.

We have every option available, and our only priority is to make sure that our customers receive a solar packaged tailored to their individual needs and optimized for savings.

NO long gaps between closing and installation - 90% of our installs are completed within 60 days of contract signing.

NO repeat visits to customers - we've streamlined every step of the sales process to give you a simple, one-stop close.

NO extended training processes. Learn the basics in our proprietary training and master the details on the job, with ongoing weekly training conducted by our management team.

Responsibilities:

• Visiting with pre-qualified customers in their homes to help them identify the best product for them
• You will use the latest tools, training and sales techniques to close the deal.
• You will have industry leading products, support and financing to assist you in accomplishing the sale.
• Run company-set appointments with qualified homeowners, generate referrals, and bring us additional leads through our streamline proven techniques.
• Meeting with potential employees and performing interviews.
• Holding weekly meetings for your location
• Train new hires
• Achieving monthly sales quotas

Requirements:

• Sales experience is a must (Solar Preferred – willing to beat competitors commission payouts to get high caliber closers on the winning team)
• Enthusiastic representation of our company and products
• Ability to present information in a persuasive manner
• Competitive in nature
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness to drive to client locations (both residential and commercial)

Compensation:

• $2000 - $4000 PER SALE average commission
• Flexible schedules - full and part-time options available
