ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage our job tracking software through data entry, research, and outreach to provide our sales team market intelligence and leads to increase awarded projects
  • Leverage lead databases such as Dodge Analytics and Construct Connect to support the sales team
  • Utilize our job tracking software and conduct project reviews with the sales and operational teams by market
  • Manage and grow the Residential and Multi-family market through material takeoff estimates
  • Manage the external communications and marketing campaigns in coordination with the Sales Manager and General Manager to customers via constant contact
  • Provide administrative support to our Exterior Specialist and Sales Manager
  • Support the Sales Manager and sales team with special projects
  • Cross functionally train with our Sales Coordinator position to fill in as needed
  • Become a product knowledge expert to assist sales
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Licensing/Experience Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Four (4) year degree preferred
  • Two (2)+ years’ experience related to the construction industry preferred

Other Competencies:

  • Ability to self-manage, show initiative, and be comfortable with customer interactions
  • Proven customer service experience required
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills required
  • Strong communication skills with exceptional follow up and follow through
  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate and compute numbers (i.e. discounts, interest, and percentages)
  • Ability to bring an optimistic, can-do approach to tasks and responsibilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of shift
  • Must be able to be on the phone 75% of shift
  • Occasionally, will move about inside an office to access files, office equipment, etc.
  • Must be able to operate basic office equipment
  • Must be able to lift and move any files/documents weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Regularly works in an indoor office environment

  • Must be able to manage stress depending on tasks
