  • Competitive salary plus commission-based compensation, with opportunity to earn a great income (Base plus commission reps earn at least $70K base in the 1st year; 2nd year and thereafter $60K base + commissions and bonus)

Sales Representatives job responsibilities include:

  • Achieve sales goals by providing well rounded solutions and market expertise
  • Devote over 50% of your time to the field meeting with current and potential customers to drive growth and increased market share
  • Develop long lasting relationships contractors, remodelers and trade organizations
  • Capture new business through networking, referrals, and face-to-face meetings
  • Continually strive for 100% “Very Satisfied” business partners
