Now Hiring - Licensed Bi-Lingual Spanish Insurance Representative (4-40 or 20-44) in Altamonte Springs, FL

We are looking for a Full-Time, passionate, bi-lingual Spanish, 4-40 or 20-44 Licensed Representative with a desire to learn, grow and provide value to our existing customers and be rewarded based on your personal and team performance.

As an Representative you will be a part of a team that is growing revenue and getting rewarded for achieving our agency goals.

• Your primary focus will be to service and grow new and existing insurance customers.
• You will be expected to learn the Allstate systems, problem solve and recommend appropriate policy changes to meet the needs of our customers.
• You will have the ability to earn monthly bonuses for your efforts with retention and growing new policies.
• You will be responsible for develop ongoing relationships with new and existing customers and expand our referral network.

You have to possess a 4-40 or 20-44 Insurance License or have the desire to obtain the license. No prior insurance experience is required. The ideal candidate must possess a genuine desire to learn and grow in order to succeed with our agency.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
