Business Development Representative/Sales/Marketing in Long Beach, CA
Garrett Forensics is seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development and Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be focusing on driving sales and generating new clients for the company to increase revenue and brand visibility. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives while achieving and exceeding sales quotas to increase revenues. We are looking for someone who thrives in B2B sales, excels at generating leads, develops innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns, builds strong relationships, and closes sales deals.
Responsibilities:
1. Sales Lead Generation and Conversion: Develop and execute lead generation strategies that attract potential customers and nurture them through the sales funnel. Implement effective conversion tactics to turn leads into loyal customers.
2. Strategic Marketing Campaigns: Develop innovative and data-driven marketing campaigns that target various customer segments. Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and new opportunities for growth.
3. Sales: Identify promising prospects, schedule appointments, conduct effective qualifying sales calls (warm & cold calling), and expertly manage the sales cycle to secure new business across all service categories. Visit clients and potential customers to assess their needs and promote our comprehensive range of services.
4. Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, emails, and promotional materials. Ensure content is optimized for search engines (SEO) to drive organic traffic.
5. Event Planning: Plan and coordinate both online and offline events to promote our products/services, foster customer relationships, and generate leads. Attend exciting networking events and industry conferences, representing our company with both personable charm and unwavering professionalism.
6. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer information. Use the CRM data to identify potential upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
7. Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze marketing campaign performance, sales data, and customer feedback. Use this data to make data-driven decisions, improve processes, and optimize marketing efforts to directly impact your sales outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, demonstrating a successful track record of revenue growth.
- Exceptional phone communication skills and comfort engaging in persuasive conversations.
- Solid understanding of the sales process, including lead generation, relationship building, and deal closure.
- Dedication to delivering excellent customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to effortlessly build rapport and establish meaningful connections with our customers.
- Competency in software applications, including Word, Excel, and CRM platforms.
