Critical Competencies

• Ability to negotiate and influence customer decision making while partnering with Sales to win business.
• Analytical skills while reviewing customer data and reports.
• Ability to react quickly and intelligently in high demand situations.
• Ability to quickly learn SAP, SAP CRM, Esker, schedule agreements and customer portals.
• Effective and professional communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to act as liaison between business units and customers to determine mutually beneficial solutions.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience; Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
• Minimum of 2-years customer service experience.
• Prior experience working in an ERP System(s).
• Prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Prior internal sales experience selling engineered products is preferred.
• Previous experience discussing technical aspects of products preferred.
