A stable, growth-oriented, family-owned business needs a Technical Sales representative. A proven producer to fill this Outside Sales position. The successful candidate will have experience in developing cabling, wi-fi, and communications systems for businesses in the area. Building new client relationships, maintain excellent customer service, and surpass quotas. Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication, and commitment to our customers. Compensation structure includes a base salary plus liberal commission structure. This position reports directly to the owner.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for driving sales revenue and market share growth measured by quota targets.
  • Convert inbound leads from the team into sales opportunities.
  • Prospect for new business and self-generating leads.
  • Manage lead generation to deliver curated marketing and outreach strategy.
  • Present and sell hardware and software services and products.
  • Provide customers with the highest standard of customer service through follow up. contact and consultation after the sale to protect and cross sell services.
  • Conduct targeted prospecting using social media, email campaigns, telemarketing, and networking to generate opportunities.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer related field.
  • One (1) year in Outside Sales experience and be familiar with the communication and secure systems industry.
  • 2-years hands on MSP, Cloud, VOIP sales Ability to develop and maintain a rapport with Team members and Clients, preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Positive and professional demeanor to our Team and Client base.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills.
  • An in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the IT services industry.
  • Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
