We are currently seeking an ambitious and motivated individual to join our team as a Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setter. NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Job Overview: As a Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for generating leads and setting appointments for our sales team to follow up on and close! You will be going D2D in residential neighborhoods and speaking with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the position for you!

Responsibilities:

• Residential canvassing - Speak with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy and answer any questions they may have
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude
• Meet or exceed weekly appointment setting goals
• Document and report all appointment setting activities to the Sales Manager/President of Sales
• Attend team correlation and training to keep-up on the latest developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales or appointment setting is preferred but not required
• Coachable & self-motivated - Ready and able to WORK!
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive and professional appearance & attitude
• Reliable transportation and phone/iPad with wifi capabilities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
