The candidate has at least 2-3 years of real estate sales experience.
What you will do…
- Partner with the Team Leader to recruit new talent
- Develop a world class monthly training calendar that promotes retention, production growth, and culture.
- Assist agents with deal questions
- Assist with retention and productivity growth of new agents
- Be acting Team Leader in their absence
- Oversee the leadership staff and their departments in their duties
- Provide world class customer service experience to our agents
- Collaborate with the Team Leader to build strong systems that enable them to focus on market share appointments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Complete 20 recruiting appointments monthly
- Manage the monthly training calendar; teach monthly classes
- Oversee the execution of the monthly Sales Meetings
- Oversee monthly events (New to KW Agent Orientation, Career Nights)
- Handle basic deal questions and assist agents with contract and listing paperwork
- Meet with agents to discuss their goals and business plans
- Supervise the onboarding process for agents joining KW
- Assist with organizing and planning Market Center events, trainings, etc.
- Validate KPAs
- Manage external recruiting ads (Indeed)
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Tech Savvy - skilled with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Mailchimp, Constant Contant
- Positive attitude and energetic demeanor
- Commitment to relationship building, follow-up, and top level customer service
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced and unpredictable environment
- Professional appearance and dress
- Effective and efficient verbal and communication skills
- Customer service skills and interpersonal etiquette
- Willingness to learn new tasks and accept additional responsibilities as requested
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 per year
