We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team! We are a repair/fleet services company for Medium and Heavy-Duty Trucks and Trailers. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue. As an Outside Sales Representative you will be the voice and initial point of contact for our company. Position is ideal for a goal-oriented, self-driven person who can assess opportunities and deliver results.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize your exceptional sales skills to understand the needs of our customers

· Present and sell services to new and existing customers

· Prospect and contact potential customers

· Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

· Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments

· Cold calling, prospecting, lead management, and daily customer follow-up are part of the daily duties.

​Qualifications:

· Previous experience in medium duty parts sales, light to heavy duty truck repair sales, service contract sales, and maintenance service sales.

· Individual must be highly motivated, enthusiastic, and versatile with willingness to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.

· Strong planning, problem-solving and negotiation abilities

· Exceptional relationship building and communication skills

· Ability to build rapport with clients

· Detail Oriented and Very Organized

· A friendly, positive personality, and able to work in a team situation.

· Must have CA drivers’ license in good standing and Pass a Pre Employment Drug Screen.

· Base Salary + Commission – Based Upon Experience

We are a Fleet Service/Repair facility for Medium and Heavy Duty Trucks and Trailers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $28.00 per hour
